Our Professional

Steve McKenna has over 40 years of experience with corporates, startups and as a business school professor. He has worked and lived in the UK, North America, and Asia-Pacific. Steve has been involved in Learning Tours throughout his career and is currently involved in projects in India, South East Asia and South America as well as Europe.

Steve has a PhD from the University of Warwick Business School, UK and believes in the value of educational tourism to develop a better understanding of business, engineering, medical practice and professional practice among other topics in a global context. Practicing professionals, as well as students’ and retirees’ exposure to what happens in business and organizations around the world has the effect of enhancing learning and collaboration.

Welcome! I’m Noorul Samad, Founder of Beyond Borders Learning Pty Ltd.

With over 20 years of experience as an Engineering Management in Automation, Manufacturing, and Engineering Project Management, I have dedicated my career to bridging the gap between technical expertise and experiential learning. My passion for education, cultural immersion, and professional development has driven me to create Beyond Borders Learning, where knowledge meets real-world experience.
